Fire-rated Expanding Foams
Piro Foam PF 240 is a fire rated expanding polyurethane foam, which is ideal for filling large, irregular and difficult to fill gaps in walls and floors. The foam can be used to fill gaps and expansion joints up to EI 240 as well as doors and windows made of wood, metal or PVC class EI 60. Fire rated expanding foam increases its volume, filling a gap completely. Fire rated expanding foam binds to many types of substrate, such as concrete, cellular concrete, brick, ceramic brick, mineral mortar, plasterboard. PIROFOAM 240 W/G is intended for fireproof sealing: Horizontal and vertical expansion joints in building partitions constituting fire partitions with a possible displacement of up to ± 7.5%. PIROSILICON 240 is intended for fireproof sealing: Horizontal and vertical expansion joints in building partitions constituting fire partitions with a possible displacement of up to ± 7.5%.
