1 - surface made of concrete
2 - surface made of steel
3 - PiroFoam 240 filling the expansion joint with dimensions B = max. 150 mm
     and A = max. 90 mm
4 - PiroCoat A applied on the length = max. 90 mm with a thickness of g = 5 mm

Steps 1 - 4

Fill the space between the
concrete and the trapezoidal
sheet with Piro Foam PF 240.

Use a knife to cut off any
excess of Piro Foam PF 240.

By using a putty knife, apply
PiroCoat A on the Piro Foam
PF 240 with a layer thickness
of 5 mm.

Properly protected
expansion joint.

Fill the space between the
concrete and the sheet wall
with Piro Foam PF 240.

Steps 1 - 4

Use a knife to cut off any
excess of Piro Foam PF 240.

PiroCoat A on the Piro Foam
PF 240 with a layer thickness
of 5 mm.
