Product description and specifications:

Piro Wrap PC is intended for making penetration seals in walls or ceilings for flammable pipes with a diameter up to 160 mm. Piro Wrap PC is supplied as a ready-to-use product. It consists of one or several layers of intumescent inserts, made on the basis of graphite, placed in the outer layer of PVC foil or similar material. Piro Wrap PC should be wrapped around the pipe and cut to the required length if it is required.

  • Fire resistance class: do EI 120 C/U, U/C, C/C

  • Color: black

  • Environment class: Z1, Z2

  • Storage temperature range: from +5°C  to +30°C

  • Shelf life: no limit, the recommended period is not longer than 24 months

  • Package: 1 piece

         

 

The way of protecting plastic pipes without insulation penetrating wall or ceiling.

Application examples:

 

Read from the table in the  catalog the correct length of Piro Multitube PM for a given pipe diameter, measure it and cut with a knife.

Wrap the cut piece of tape off the pipe. Keep strictly to the number of wraps given in the ETA or catalog.

Secure the tape with a cable tie and slide the whole thing inside the wall.

Fill the space between the pipe and the wall with cement mortar.

Mark the penetration with the attached label, mark Piro Multitube PM on it, enter the date and name.

The way of protecting metal pipes insulated with FEF elastomeric foam penetrating wall or ceiling.

Read from the table in the catalog the correct length of Piro Multitube PM for a given pipe diameter, measure it and cut with a knife.

Wrap the cut piece of tape off the pipe. Keep strictly to the number of wraps given in the ETA catalog or catalog.

Secure the tape with a cable tie and slide the whole thing inside the wall.

Fill the space between the pipe and the wall with cement mortar.

Mark the penetration with the attached label, mark Piro Multitube PM on it, enter the date and name.
